This policy applies to overbox.io, the public company website of OverBox s.r.o.

We use PostHog analytics with privacy-conscious settings to understand aggregate page visits, website performance, and link engagement. PostHog is configured with autocapture off, session recording off, surveys off, and memory-only persistence, which means analytics identifiers are not saved in cookies or local storage.

We do not use marketing cookies, advertising trackers, third-party tracking pixels, session replay, heatmaps, remarketing, or user-level profiling.

This website is hosted as a static site. Our hosting provider and analytics provider may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested URL for security, reliability, analytics delivery, and operational purposes.

We also use a small set of custom PostHog events for link clicks, such as Enuva.app, LinkedIn, and email links. If campaign parameters are present in the URL, we pass only these fields to analytics: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, ref, source, and campaign.

We intentionally do not collect arbitrary query parameters.

If you contact us by email, we will process the information you send so we can reply and manage the conversation.

This website may link to external websites, including Enuva.app and LinkedIn. Those websites are operated independently and have their own privacy practices.

Your rights

You can contact us at hello@overbox.io to ask about the personal data we process about you, or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable.

Because this website does not use accounts and uses memory-only analytics, we may not always be able to connect limited website analytics events to a specific individual visitor. We can respond to requests concerning information you provide directly, such as email communication.
